Pender PR is a full service publicity agency founded by entertainment industry veteran Nicola Pender. We are a boutique agency that boasts strong relationships with the media, filmmakers, agencies, editors, producers, distributors and talent internationally.

Our relationships with our partners and industry peers combined with our expertise in promotion, culture of care and our curated roster is what sets us apart and enables us to offer strategic, individually tailored services to our clients.

We provide a range of services related to the promotion, marketing and branding of feature film, television and arts industry projects. Services offered include public relations strategy and implementation, creative marketing, social media strategy, red carpet and event publicity, press release creation and distribution consultation. We also offer strategic corporate PR packages, public speaking appearances and educational offerings.

Although we often work on feature film & television properties, we also partner with studios, production companies, organizations, festivals and directly with talent.

At Pender PR, we make it a priority to work with clients we believe in and on projects we love. Meaningful connections are the key to our success.

We believe in giving back to the industry we love by partnering with organizations dedicated to the advancement of women and underrepresented voices in the screen-based industries. We have presented and developed workshops for CapU’s Motion Picture Program, Filmmakers in Indigenous Leadership & Management Business Affairs (FILMBA), ScreenSask, Raindance Vancouver, WIDC and we have worked with organizations including GEMS, WIFT Coalition Canada, Women in the Directors Chair (WIDC), Creative BC and Women in Animation.

We support and sponsor organizations and programs including the WIA ACE Program and give our time to causes that aim to make positive changes in the world.
